Lead an experienced team of 60 physicians who enjoy a compensation and benefits package at the 90th percentile and top-end paid time off. Provide leadership, planning, organization, staffing, and coordination of ED physicians and clinical activities. Responsible for administration, physician personnel, and activities in the emergency department and ensuring the optimal practice of emergency medicine within the department. Directly supervises and has responsibility for emergency physicians in assigned administrative roles and acts as liaison with hospital administration and medical staff. Protected time and stipend for medical directorship duties. Starting salary over $460k a year plus annual raises, performance bonus, over five weeks paid vacation, administrative stipend.
