Description

The Supervisor Contact Center Clinical supervises the day-to-day clinical activities of the Saint Gabriel Digital Health Contact Center. In collaboration with the Manager, develops and supervises to the established departmental service and quality standards, including but not limited to telephone nurse triage, refill management, and additional clinical services in support of the patient's easy and timely access to care.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

RN-Registered Nurse 

 

BSN 

 

2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting

 

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

3 years of experience in a physician office

 

Previous contact center experience

 

Previous supervisory experience  

 

Proven excellent computer, communication, and strong problem solving skills

 

Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a wide variety of people
