Job Description

Description

The Communications Specialist acts as the point of contact primarily guiding patients, visitors, and other individuals within the Medical Center regarding general Medical Center information.  Communications Specialist also operates a multi-line console to manage all incoming communication to the Medical Center contact number and handles other communication requests.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

High School Diploma or GED.

 

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, intermediate computer skills

 

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

1 year experience in business office or communications
