Description

The Executive Office Coordinator is responsible for managing the daily office operations and collaborating with the Executive’s direct reports on Ministry-wide projects and planning.  This position will arrange/schedule meetings and travel; compose minutes/notes in executive-level meetings with responsibility for all pertinent follow up as well as managing consulting agreements while maintaining consulting relations.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

High School diploma or equivalent

 

 

2 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant role

 

 

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

 

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Bachelor’s in Business Administration
