Provides psychological services to patients/clients of all ages. Conducts comprehensive psychosocial evaluations and formulates treatment plans according to needs of the patient. Utilizes a variety of directive, nondirective, and supportive therapy on an individual basis to assist patients in gaining insight into personal issues, define goals, and plan actions. Collaborates and consults with other treatment team members as necessary to provide an optimum treatment program. Monitors patients’ progress and revises treatment plans and goals as appropriate.
Current State of Illinois licensure as an LCPC, LCSW or licensed clinical psychologist.
Master’s degree in Psychology, Social work, counseling or a closely related field.
Analytical skills to assess life threatening situations.
Ability to administer, score and interpret self-report questionnaires, diagnose mental disorders, and develop treatment plans.
Current CPR certification.
