Job Description

Description

Prepares and presents high quality food within specified time frame for patient and retail services. Properly follows safe food handling procedures. Takes customer’s orders and prepare the order according to recipe, keeping in mind additional customer specifications or dietary needs. To supervise all aspects of Food & Nutrition Services  

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

High School Diploma or GED.

 

2 years healthcare food production and lead experience.

 

Illinois Food Safety Sanitation Certification (within 1 year of hire). 

 

Basic math skills, basic computer skills

 

 

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Culinary or Associates Degree

 

Certified Dietary Manager Certification (or within 18 months of hire)
