The Diet Clerk will provide a high quality dining experience to those we serve by meeting nutritional requirements and service expectations on food quality.
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
Certified Food Handlers Certification within 30 days of hire for facilities in Illinois
Certified Food Protection Manager Certification within 12 months of hire – Saint Elizabeth Medical Center only
High School Diploma or GED
6 months in food service and/or health care food service
Basic computer operation experience
Prior order processing system experience
