Description

The Manager Contact Center - Clinical provides leadership and management to the Clinical Contact Center team (Medication Management or RN Triage), has accountability for human, fiscal and other resources and functions as primary resource for Clinical Contact Center teams. Functions as a clinical resource educator, conducts patient satisfaction surveys to assess for improvement opportunities, and assures desired outcomes are understood and accomplished. Evaluates and manages complex staff scheduling, provides for effective conflict resolution, and utilizes time management and staff efficiency optimization to maximize productivity and ensure patient safety and satisfaction. Maintains unit compliance with regulatory and professional standards, identifies staff development and training needs, and serves as a liaison for groups receiving services from or impacted by contact center operations.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

BSN

 

 

3 years of acute or ambulatory clinical experience

 

 

Current state license as RN

 

 

Analytical abilities necessary in order to prepare business plans and evaluate programs and services, respond to problems, take appropriate corrective action, develop procedures and budgets, and organize and oversee the work of unit

 

 

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Master’s degree in healthcare, leadership, or business

 

 

Experience in leading teams
