The HR Generalist works collaboratively with the rest of the HR team to assist with day-to-day HR employee relation needs. Works with Business Partners, Employee Relations Directors, operational leaders, and Team Members to respond to employee relation issues and concerns. Works independently to conduct appropriate investigations, manage documentation, provide reports, and assist with other projects as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1 year experience working in Human Resources or a related professional setting.
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills
2 years’ experience working in a Human Resource department in order to gain knowledge of effective employee relations and retention.
Working knowledge of relevant Human Capital Management system and HR Information Systems.
