Reporting to the Assistant Manager of Business Operations and working in conjunction with various managers and according to Department policies, provides clerical/scheduling support to physician offices and any area within Operative and Invasive; to include, but not limited to generating and analyzing reports, updating cases, and creates and maintains schedule on a daily basis. Ensures provision of high quality customer service and documentation of accurate information. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care that is appropriate to the ages of the patients served.
