DescriptionExpertly performs the duty of working the Claim Edit WorkQueues and Charge Review WorkQueues while collaborating with Office Staff and Support Staff to prevent further errors from occurring. Reports to the Director of the Common Business Office with a matrix reporting structure to the Regional Managers.
Completion of high school or its equivalent
Previous experience with Epic Cadence, Prelude, and Resolute is required.
Must be proficient in the Epic system.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people is essential.
Ability to use independent judgment to prioritize tasks.
Knowledge of general office functionality is preferred. Knowledge of CPT - 4, ICD-9, and HCPCS codes is preferred.
