Description

The MSS Learning & Talent Development Program Coordinator will work with the MSS Learning & Talent Development Manager and other professionals in Multispecialty Services to coordinate all McShane Physician Leadership Academy programs and conferences. The person in this role will be accountable for all program logistics including, but not limited to agendas, speaker arrangements, venue scheduling and logistics, CME applications and surveys. In addition this person will be expected to have the skills to confidentially manage the MSS key talent database and present instructional content to groups as part of the Learning and talent experience.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Associate degree in education, business administration or closely related field

 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

 

 

Project management experience

 

1 year experience assisting as a conference/event planner

 

Experience working with C-level executives

 

1 – 2 years’ experience managing Continuing Medical Education (CME) documentation & evaluation reporting

 

 

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

 

Strong interpersonal communication skills

 

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

 

Able to work independently and effectively with others

 

Able to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities

 

 

 

 

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Bachelor degree in business administration, education or related field
