Description

The Integrated Solutions Finance Program Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic oversight of financial planning and analysis activities for Integrated Solutions. This role is responsible for management of the large-scale, cross-functional teams involved in planning and optimizing business development for Integrated Solutions. This role partners with Integrated Solutions leadership to analyze operational and strategic performance of the program, create and analyze financial forecasts, identify gaps to target, and present recommendations to leadership to enhance program performance. Works with leadership throughout the Ministry to support capital and operational planning for Integrated Solutions functions embedded in the various regions and entities of OSF HealthCare.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field

 

 

5 years of work experience in finance

 

Demonstrated advanced computer skills.

 

Demonstrated strong analytical skills to gather, manipulate and interpret large amounts of data and transform into useable information to address operational needs.

 

Demonstrated ability to perform under changing circumstances and deadlines; strong attention to detail with the ability to learn quickly; and strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to command respect and confidence with professional peers.

 

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Master’s level coursework

 

 

Experience with finance in an integrated healthcare environment or healthcare industry

 

Knowledge of: performance improvement methodologies, mergers and acquisitions, benchmarking or financial planning

 

 

Understanding of the healthcare industry, trends, issues, risks, etc.

 

Experience with database and decision support systems.

 

 

CPA, CMA, CHFP, or PMP certification
