DescriptionUnder the direct supervision of the VP, Technical Services and working jointly with the Director of Support Services, the Client Device Services (CDS) Innovation Coordinator is a multi-functional role responsible for the creation of device strategy for all peripheral hardware for Integrated Solutions. Examples of device types include workstations, printers, scanners, monitors, and mobile carts. This individual will work with business leaders to perform detailed investigation, concept / functional design, and propose new hardware standards for our Integrated Solutions client base. A key skill of this individual will be facilitating communication through collaboration, knowledge transfer, and discussions with client leadership, other innovation coordinators, mission partners, and outside vendors. This individual will collaborate with other Innovation Coordinators regularly to ensure proper alignment to overall system strategies.
Knowledge of healthcare delivery, IT principles, Healthcare IT applications, human change management principles, and basic human and financial budgeting principles at a level normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Healthcare or other closely related field.
3 years in Information Technology or related field.

Ability to analyze situation/information and formulate a plan of action that is in line with business and financial constraints.

Ability to create detailed supporting documents.

Ability to understand relationships within healthcare organizations and integrate processes.
Ability to operate effectively at all levels of the organization including with customers and project teams.
Ability to train/transfer knowledge to other team members.
Healthcare industry preferred.
Experience coordinating innovation or managing, facilitating or directing a team preferred.
Experience leading interdisciplinary processes preferred.
Experience with key OSF applications preferred.
Additional experience related to area of focus is preferred.
