Description

The Patient Experience Coach champions service excellence throughout the organization. Facilitates the implementation and sustainment of key strategies developed to enhance the patient experience across the Medical Center. The Patient Experience Coach is responsible for timely data reporting to unit and division leaders, analysis of data, and interpretation of data to guide and direct individual leaders as to appropriate improvement strategies.  The Patient Experience Coach works closely with front-line leaders across the organization to ensure their reporting needs are being met and they are aware of how to respond to the data with evidence based initiatives in alignment with OSF strategies.  Serves as an internal expert related to patient experience metrics and relationship with OSF Ministry to share survey responses for gathering patient voice. The Patient Experience Coach will serve as a mission leader to model relational competence and to share strategies to ensure those served experience our mission in every encounter.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Bachelor's degree in education, nursing, communications or other related field.

 

 

5 years of experience in coaching, process improvement, change management, service excellence and/or adult education with demonstrated ability to drive results.

 

 

Proficient computer skills and analytical skills in order to gather and interpret data relevant to complex patient care problems. Maintains advanced skills in information technology and programs.

 

 PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Master’s Degree
