The Vice President of Total Rewards & HR Operations leads the development and execution of HR strategy and initiatives in support of the organization’s goals and objectives, specifically in the areas of compensation, benefits, HRIS, and HR operations. The VP collaborates with business and HR leaders to design compensation and benefit programs that achieve market competiveness while balancing financial stewardship. The VP provides strategic guidance and oversight in the design, delivery, and maintenance of HR technologies. In partnership with the HR executive team, the VP leads the innovation of HR operations through implementation of a centralized HR services team to achieve the desired HR service delivery model.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
5 years Human Resources leadership experience
5years experience in compensation, including designing and implementing compensation programs (such as base pay salary structures, incentive plans, sales commission plans, etc.)
5 years experience in benefits, including designing and implementing benefit plans (such as group medical plans, networks, retirement plans, etc.)
Experience communicating with diverse teams, including translating complex changes
Master’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
7 years progressive leadership experience in related HR functions, including HR operations, HRIS, compensation & benefits
2 years executive level experience
Demonstrated ability to oversee centralized HR operations
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, including top executives
