Description

The Lead CT Lead Technologist will act as a subject matter expert for the department to include; onboarding, communication, equipment maintenance, scheduling, and resolving safety , patient and team member concerns. Assists radiologists and other Medical Center staff with imaging requests at the technical level, as well as transport patients to and from the Medical Imaging Department. 

 

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Graduate of an Accredited school in radiography

 

1 year experience in CT

 

 

Current license from the Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) as a Registered Radiologic Technologist. (ILLINOIS – Nothing required in MI)

 

ARRT in Radiography certification

 

CT Certification within 12 months

 

Basic Life Support certification American Heart Association (BLS for Health Care Providers)

 

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Bachelor’s Degree

 

3 years experience in CT

 

CT Certification
