Description

The Provider Performance Reporting Coordinator provides program coordination of key provider performance reporting and resource effectiveness tools and programs. Responsible for the support, training and ongoing delivery of provider performance reporting and analytic tools (e.g., Premier CPM-H, Premier QA, Portals and reports delivered through SharePoint technology, Dashboards, iVantage, etc.) utilized across the OSF Ministry. Leads the management of the Ministry wide use of integrated provider performance reporting and analytic tools including, but not limited to, developing policies, metrics, service and support for OSF HealthCare Physician Leadership, management teams, performance improvement and strategic initiative leaders.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, nursing, or health care administration.

 

 

Current state license registration as an RN

 

 

5 years progressively more responsible experience in healthcare business intelligence, operations, nursing, finance or information systems.

 

 

 

Working knowledge of business intelligence applications, tools, processes and resource tracking such as EPIC, SharePoint, dashboards, Premier, iVantage or Crimson.

 

Understands the principles of adult learning, analytical tools, provider performance environment and associated presentation tools.

 

Experience facilitating or directing a project team on patient quality, safety and satisfaction measures, data definitions and benchmarks.

 

Demonstrated analytical skills in order to address operational and system related problems, to gather and interpret clinical and financial data.

 

Working knowledge in preparing and delivering both small and large group presentations to administrators, providers, and others.

 

 

 

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Master’s degree in business, finance, or healthcare administration

 

Working knowledge of performance improvement models, methods and systems.
