The Director, Operational Effectiveness leads and directs the go live and opening logistics of new OSF Urgo Urgent Care centers as well as the ongoing oversight of training, quarterly site reviews, data analysis, and reporting. This includes OSF department task completion coordination for education, facilities, human resources, IT, marketing, supply chain. Coordinates with Operations Director and site manager to oversee clinic operations, creating and activating detailed project plans, and managing timelines.
Bachelor's Degree with emphasis in Business or Health Administration
3 years’ experience directing and/or managing multiple complex projects, using Performance Improvement and/or Project Management tools
3 years leadership experience
Working knowledge of healthcare delivery, project and program management, innovation, performance improvement, basic budgeting, and healthcare legislation
Previous healthcare management experience
