Description
The Dialysis Registered Professional Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing quality nursing care while contributing to a quality work environment. Dialysis patients include pediatric and adult populations and different modalities; hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, continuous renal replacement therapy, and therapeutic plasma exchange in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Nursing BSN – OSF Healthcare Nursing Division requires that all Mission Partners beginning employment as a Registered Nurse on or after October 1, 2015 are required to earn a BSN degree within six years from Date of Hire and proof of enrollment within your first 18 months of employment.
1 year clinical nursing experience
Registered Nurse in current state.
Current American Heart Association BLS
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1 year clinical dialysis experience or clinical experience with End Stage Renal Disease patient population.
Certified Dialysis Nurse or Certified Nephrology Nurse
