Description

The Staffing Analyst reviews and balances work schedules within the Ministry Patient Care Administration divisions. Maintains accurate records of employees work schedules, attendance and payroll records. Manages reporting and reconciliation of payroll and invoicing for Agency Staff. Consistently, accurately and in a timely manner completes all duties associated with achieving a balanced schedule and filling staffing needs across the ministry. Assists with end user questions and problem solving as required for the scheduling and payroll systems.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

High School diploma or GED

 

2 years of office experience in provider staffing, scheduling and payroll coordination.

 

 

Ability to read, write and perform mathematical calculations. 

 

Demonstrated outstanding communication skills necessary to effectively communicate sensitive and emotionally charged information with a variety of professional and paraprofessional groups and individuals.

 

Ability to manage simple to moderately complex projects.  Must be able to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

 

Must be able to maintain high degree of confidentiality.

 

Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail.

 

Excellent interpersonal skills necessary in order to communicate effectively with employees, managers and administration.

 

Analytical skills necessary in order to determine balancing of schedules and application of payroll regulations policies.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Associates Degree
