The Finance Senior Analyst is responsible for preparing entity level long range financial plans, operating budgets, capital plans, and forecasts in accordance with Ministry guidelines. This role will perform financial analysis for entity level issues and initiatives. The Senior Analyst will report directly to the Entity Finance Director (where applicable) or the VP, CFO.
Completion of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business is preferred.
Must possess understanding of healthcare provider finance that would normally be acquired over 3 to 5 years of progressively more responsible healthcare employment.
Understanding of the healthcare industry, trends, issues, risks, etc
Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in finance in an integrated healthcare environment.
Advanced computer skills with strong knowledge of spreadsheet programs
Ability to perform under changing circumstances and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to learn quickly
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to command respect and confidence with professional peers.
Must ascribe to and represent Catholic Religious Ethics, Values, and Principles as they relate to the practice of Catholic healthcare.
CPA, CMA preferred.
