The Director of Women’s Health is responsible to participate and assist in the development of a vision and strategic plan for Women’s Health, inclusive of Advanced Fertility Care. Working with the Women’s Service Line physician leader and OSF Multispecialty Group (MSG) Regional Operations, the Director is responsible for overseeing the financial planning, performance, capital planning and development of a physician manpower plan for Women’s Health services across OSF. The Director works with Women’s Service Line leadership to develop new markets to expand services. The Director collaborates with OSF MSG, Business Development, Hospital Presidents, OSF and independent obstetricians/gynecologists, Maternal Fetal providers as well as independent facilities in all OSF Regions to build relationships and referral networks to ensure ongoing sustainability.
Bachelor’s Degree in business or a health services administration.
3 years prior managerial experience in medical group practice management
Proven successful communication skills oral and written with the ability to lead and motivate workforce
Master’s in business or health services
Management experience in an integrated delivery health system
Experience and/or training in Creighton Model and NaPro Technology
