Description

The Food Production Supervisor plans, administers and directs all unit activities related to food production, culinary operations and complying with the standards established by the Food & Nutrition Services Department and regulatory agencies. Lead food production staff. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other departments to provide a unified food service experience for patients, visitors and Mission Partners.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Associate Degree in culinary or three years of experience as a lead in the food service or hospitality industry

 

 

Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) through ANSI approved program within 90 days of employment

 

Allergen certification within 90 days of employment

 

 

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Bachelor Degree

 

 

5 Years of experience in related position, such as Food Production Supervisor in a Healthcare setting

 

 

Certified Dietary Manager

 

 

Purchasing, Culinary, Math, and Computer skills
