Responsible for coordinating events, arranging meetings, recording minutes, and other duties in support of project activities at the Office of Innovation Management. Responsible for supporting and coordinating the Office of Innovation Management calendar. Will assist with the management of multiple projects, and specific project tasks within project work plans and development of presentations. Assists in designing, implementing, and managing standard documentation templates and tools to support project management activities. Assists with data collection; data analysis and summarization; and preparation of presentation graphics, flow charts, and other project related communications. Assists in providing timely and accurate reporting of project performance metrics, including progress and outcomes. Assists with the management of customer expectations and customer interactions.
Associates degree or equivalent 2 years of project assistant work experience
Demonstrated knowledge and expertise with spreadsheet (including graphs), database and presentation applications at a level normally acquired through completion of intermediate Microsoft Office Training
Working knowledge of MS Project and OneNote
Proficient with email and calendaring systems
Familiarity or experience with project management and performance improvement methodologies is preferred.
