The Technology Training Specialist is responsible for the support of enterprise wide training and education for projects involving the development and deployment of information technology. Assists in training and support of technology implementation and post-activation periods. Ensures communication, coordination, and integration of training work plans with all areas affected, including site leads, instructors, end users, information services, and site leadership as needed.
INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY
3 years of experience as an Epic or technology Super User
Knowledge of healthcare workflows and adult education principles.
Computer proficiency, general knowledge of desktop applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Snagit, LMS).
Ability to provide quality assurance on detailed training curriculum.
Successful history of motivating and presenting enthusiastically regarding new functionality and system implementations.
Effective communication skills in working with diverse groups, both verbally and in writing,
Ability to effectively train designed curriculum in a classroom setting.
Display creativity and flexibility while learning new material quickly.
Working knowledge of understanding relationships within systems and integrate processes.
Team player with ability to operate effectively at all levels of the Ministry including EMR users and project teams.
