Provides telephone assistance to staff, patients, physicians, and general public in a timely and professional manner. Maintains accurate physician call schedules for staff and physician use. Responds to all emergencies quickly and efficiently.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Verifiable and successful previous work experience of at least one year in a professional environment.
Bachelor’s Degree in any field
Verifiable and successful experience in telephone or switchboard operations in a professional environment.
