Description
The Food Service Lead person assists in planning, production, inventory, compliance, and directs actions of others. The Food Service lead may fulfill delegated supervisory functions in the Director’s absence. The Food Service Lead person is a working position and may be assigned to any position in the department.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of previous Food Service experience
Food Sanitation Certification
Ability to work well in a team environment
