Provide professional nursing care for assigned patients in accordance with established policies, procedures, applicable laws and regulatory requirements. May assume charge nurse responsibility in the absence of the charge nurse or act as a team leader.
In addition to Intraoperative Nursing, will be expected to assist with Recovery and Pre/Post Operative Patients.
Expectation that this position is part of a Shared Regional Staffing Model, with travel up to 25% of the time to meet regional needs.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Previous nursing experience and computer experience.
Current license as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN) in Illinois. CPR certified. Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support completed within 1 year of employment.
Scrub and or Circulator experience.
