The Quality and Clinical Programs Coordinator provides support to the Quality and Clinical Programs Department by performing project coordination and facilitation, administrative and clinical support as assigned by the nursing and clinical services leadership team of the department.
Completion of training in medical field or associate’s degree required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Two to three years related experience in coordinating projects, department work preferred. Handles multiple complex tasks and works with several projects at one time.
Work requires the ability to read, write, edit, and proof program contacts, advertisement copy, and research source information for accurate information including punctuation, spelling, grammar and typographical errors.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, MS Project, Visio and MS Access preferred.
Able to type 65wpm.
General knowledge of physician office operations preferred.
The incumbent should have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with a wide variety of people and multiple tasks.
The incumbent should be accurate and detail-oriented with the ability to organize, prioritize and adjust work assignments in a rapidly changing work environment.
