The Provider Integration Coordinator is responsible for the coordinating, monitoring and implementation of Ministry activities and compliance associated with the OSF Healthcare System Physician and Advanced Practice Providers Onboarding initiatives. Manages tracks and reports on all aspects of Onboarding new OSF providers to ensure a consistent and optimal welcoming experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare, Communications or Marketing required.
Must be able to handle multiple complex tasks and works with several projects at one time.
Work requires excellent written and oral communication skills.
Must be accurate and detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and adjust work assignments in a rapidly changing work environment.
Analytical skills are necessary to work with spreadsheets, data gathering and various recruitment related projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
2 to 3 years related experience in recruitment, organizational development, education, human resources or similar field.
General knowledge of physician recruitment office operations.
