Description

The Practice Operations Coordinator will assist in supporting and facilitating the operational aspects of ambulatory offices and services. Supports the Director(s) of Physician Offices in preparing materials and data mining information for operational effectiveness. This will require travel to all sites within the region, building relationships within the practices and facilitating groups for overall best practice.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

High School Diploma

 

2 years experience as admistrative assistant or department secretary

 

Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs, Visio and Electronic medical record  

 

Possesses organizational and business management skills to find solutions to various administrative office problems.

 

Efficient and effective facilitation skills

 

Effective presentation and report preparation skills required. 

 

Ability to analyze data.

 

Ability to work with abstract information and formulate plans of action.

 

Evidence of creativity, continuous learning, integrity and initiative required.

 

 

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Associate’s Degree

 

Knowledge and experience of ambulatory office processes obtained by working in an office setting.

 

Prior facilitation experience
