Coordinates total nursing care for patients, participates in patient and family teaching, and provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Currently has an IL RN license. BSN or BSN within 6 years of hire and enrolled within 18 months (signed agreement required)
1 year of RN experience required - 2 or more years of RN experience preferred
Bi-annual BLS certification.
Emergency Communication RN (ECRN) certification within two years of service.
Trauma Nurse Specialist/Trauma Nurse (TRS/TNCC) Course certification within two years of service.
Advance Cardiac Life Support Certification or within one year of service and recertification biannually.
Pediatric Advance Life Support Certification within one year of service and recertification biannually.
