Thorough knowledge of general clerical skills.

Ability to coordinate the process of appointment scheduling.
Ability to pay attention to detail.
Ability to make, handle, and transfer phone calls.
Ability to prioritize and organize a heavy work load each day.
Current BLS required
Minimum of 1 year work experience in a medical office setting
Cardiology/medical terminology knowledge required
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks in an orderly fashion
Ability to work well under mental pressure
Good written and verbal communication skills
Well-groomed appearance; pleasant personality
Ability to interact with physicians, team members and patient population as it relates to HeartCare Midwest
MA or CNA certificate preferred
