DescriptionUtilizing all available market data, software tools, experience, education, certifications, and relationships; the Advanced Practice Provider Recruiter develops, presents, gains approval for and executes an annual strategic plan for Advanced Practice Nurses and Physician Assistants in assigned areas.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.
1-3 years of experience in recruitment, human resources, or other related field.
Demonstrated analytical, project management, Microsoft Office, internet search, and networking skills with a strong knowledge of applicant tracking software(s) in order to develop, present, and execute on strategies and projects to the benefit of the assigned service lines, the department, and OSF Healthcare System.
Demonstrates a capacity to be a self-starting, effective leader with exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills in order to develop effective relationships with all levels of staff, management and physicians, including Service Line CEO and facility levels.
Demonstrates an ability to overcome ever-increasing time management challenges and increased workload.
Ability to provide problem solving leadership while working independently, yet cohesively participate within a high performance, team environment.
