Description
The Regional Director is responsible for the activities of the OSFMG assigned practices in the region and is a dyad to the OSFMG Regional Physician Director. The Regional Director is responsible for ensuring that strategic and operating goals and objectives are understood by Site Manager, Lead Physicians, and those they support. The Regional Director is responsible for the operational and financial performance of each assigned practice consistent with the goals and objectives set by OSFMG leadership.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors in business or a health services administration.
Minimum of 5 years prior managerial experience in medical group practice management
The incumbent must have strong communication skills both oral and written and the proven ability to successfully lead and motivate a workforce
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s in business or health services
Management experience in an integrated delivery health system is preferred.
